My experiment ideas!

Nanotechnology has the potential to create many new materials and devices with a vast range of applications, such as in medicine, electronics and energy production. Considering our project philosophy, I will focus on communication between human and plants, and energy transduction. I will design two experiments to explore these areas.
1. Emotion exchange: What kinds of sensitive actions will the plant have when a man is trying to communicate with it? Can the change of plant’s current intensity tell us? A screen will display the result by the change of current intensity transformed into color pixels in computer software. A touch pad will be attaching a man’s hand and transferring the different current intensity from his hand while he is communicating with the plant. A receiver will collect the change of plant’s current intensity and transfer the variable data to computer software.
2. Energy transduction: scientists found that human body and plants both have the infrared radiation (infrared rays) around them. In Another word, that is the transformation of their energy. My experiment will try to find a possible way if human can absorb the plant’s energy through the infrared rays. These experiments have a same purpose that there is a possibility if human can use nanotechnology to communicate and transform energy from plants in 80 years.
